On February 6th, 2018 the Red Cross held Anti-Bullying Presentations for Ruth Pawson students grades K-8. Students were engaged in the presentations as they listen to Chris Getzlaf deliver an important message on appropriate use of social media, speaking out against bullying, and the inclusion of others. Thank you to the Ruth Pawson SCC for funding the presentations.

Is there anything more fun than sharing a book with someone you love? It's enjoyable and beneficial to children of all ages. Parents, guardians and family members are invited to join us on Thursday, March 9 from 9:00 - 9:30 a.m. for "Cuddle Up and Read". A snack will be provided for all children. We hope you will join us!

March 21 is now recognized as a day where we can all reflect on the progress made and the challenges that remain in combating racism, discrimination and intolerance in our community and around the world.
