Thank you

Thank you to the families who took part in our Cuddle Up and Read event.  We were thrilled to have you support us as we focus on literacy.  The turnout was excellent and students were thrilled to have a special guest read with them.

Cuddle Up and Read

Surrounding our students and staff in a school wide culture of literacy is a high priority at Ruth Pawson School.  With our goals set, we have high expectations and are committed to having our students reading at or above grade level by the end of June 2016.

Reading to someone, reading to self and having someone read to students are all important.  With this in mind, we are inviting families to join us on Wednesday, January 27th from 9:00-9:30 AM to "Cuddle Up and Read" with your child.  Let's celebrate National Literacy Day together!

We hope you can join us!
